Position Overview We are seeking experienced and entrepreneurial 360 Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who thrive in a full-desk environment and are comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, placement, and account growth. Recruiters will have the opportunity to work across multiple healthcare staffing verticals, including: Locum Tenens (Physicians) Travel Nursing Allied Health This role offers significant earning potential through a highly competitive commission structure and the freedom to build and grow your own desk. Key Responsibilities Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including both client acquisition and candidate placement Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers Source, recruit, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building Negotiate bill rates, compensation packages, travel stipends, and placement terms Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and client opportunities Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and placement activities Track recruiting metrics and consistently drive revenue growth Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience Proven ability to source, recruit, and place healthcare professionals Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience running a full 360 desk (business development and recruiting) Experience within one or more of the following verticals: Advanced Practice, Travel Nursing, Allied Health Knowledge of healthcare staffing margins, bill rates, and travel compensation packages Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing placements Who We're Looking For Want to maximize their earning potential through uncapped commissions Are comfortable building and managing their own book of business Can adapt to multiple healthcare staffing verticals Have a growth mindset and are eager to expand their expertiseTake ownership of their results and operate with professionalism and integrity Are driven, disciplined, and committed to long‑term success Up to 40% Gross Margin Commission (Uncapped) Fully remote work environment Opportunity to build and grow your own desk Access to a supportive and collaborative leadership team Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding healthcare staffing agency This is a commission‑based opportunity best suited for experienced recruiters who are financially prepared for a ramp‑up period and motivated by long‑term income growth.
