  • Wallace Graphics
  • Duluth, MN

Job Description

Are you the person people remember for making them feel welcome the moment they walk in – and just as reliable for keeping the details humming behind the scenes?

Wallace Graphics is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial print companies headquartered in Georgia – and we're looking for an  Office Administrator & Receptionist to be the first face our clients, vendors, and visitors see, and a dependable partner to our accounting team.

Our services span commercial print, direct mail, wide format print and installation, digital storefront implementation and management, branded apparel and merchandising with a team full of print experts ready to solve the most complex challenges. We offer full-service solutions for our clients using the latest technology with the very best equipment.

Our continued growth is a testament to our talented workforce and passionate leadership. We operate in a team-oriented environment built on strong values and a genuine priority on lasting relationships – with our clients and our people. We believe that engaging, training, and rewarding our employees are the secret ingredients to our success. If you're looking for a place where your work matters and you're recognized for the role you play, you'll feel that here.

This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in creating a great first impression and enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly and accurately behind the scenes. We are looking for an  Office Administrator & Receptionist to join our team at our Duluth facility.

The Ideal Candidate:

This role reports to our Accounting Manager and sits at the crossroads of first impressions and financial operations — equal parts front desk and back office. You'll be the warm, professional presence that greets everyone who comes through our door, and the steady hand that keeps mail, records, and accounts payable support moving accurately and on time. It's the right seat for someone organized, personable, and dependable, who takes ownership of the details and wants to grow their skills across administrative and accounting functions as we do.

What You'll Bring:

  • A warm, professional first impression – greeting visitors, managing sign-in and badging, and answering and directing calls with genuine, friendly customer service.

  • Reliable follow-through behind the scenes – sorting and processing mail, keeping the reception area tidy and stocked, and maintaining accurate customer and client filing (AR, AP, and general records).

  • Comfort supporting accounting operations – forwarding vendor remittances, reviewing AP vendor statements, and processing postage invoicing.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn accounting software.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to jump into special projects or backup support as the accounting team needs.

  • An associate degree in accounting and 1+ year of related experience – printing, manufacturing, or graphic arts industry experience a plus – or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Benefits include (in addition to a competitive salary):

  • Health, dental and vision insurance

  • Health savings account access

  • Group life insurance

  • 401k retirement plan plus employer match

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • Recognition rewards and bonuses

  • Regular team building events
